  This 'Business" is a complete joke. Bobby is in it to take your money only to leave you with work that is frankly laughable. I mean you might as well call him up, pay him, but attempt the repair yourself. That is the level of unprofessional his work and his customer service is. Please go waste your money on something, anything else. Don't even get me started on his level customer service. He will try and do everything on his time, even after he has ALREADY made plans with you, the CUSTOMER. So you'll reschedule your whole day to work with him, only for him to tell you last min that he will not make it. But don't try and text him about a definite answer because he will tell you you are harassing him. I have never met someone so unintelligent, especially in his "area of expertise" in my life. If I could leave negative stars I would.
