  Great experience at the 4120 s. Fl store. Sylvia took care of me quickly and efficiently. And the whole staff that we're working on 9/13 after hurricane Irma we're friendly and so very engaging. This will be my new go to store for all my mobile phone needs. Great staff.

  A year ago, I switched service providers to come to T-mobile and bought two Iphone 7 Plus' (one red and one grey). I was told they did not have red in stock and I would need to have it delivered by mail. I paid twice as much for shipping to get the phone in two business days. It took nearly 5 days for my phone to arrive. But what I'm really upset about is, a few weeks ago, my phone screen got a crack in it. I went to see what insurance would cover and how it worked. I then found out that the person who set up my phones last year only put insurance on ONE of my phones and it happened to not be the Red one I needed fixed. I was then told that if I wanted the phone fixed, I would need to pay out of pocket. The person at the store informed me that this happens all the time with phone that need to get ordered via mail and all I had to do is call customer support to have them honor it. I called Customer Support and got the run-around as to why they can't help cover the cost and or add insurance to my phone yet.
