    I’ve had Sprint for almost 3 years, and they were great up until Cory Scott, a sales rep lied to my face about upgrading to an iPhone 8 plus, and adding a line onto my plan. I asked him on several accounts would there be any additional fees, and he stated, “no,” but when I received my bill, it was an extra $50, and my other plan had no protection on the phone after I repeatedly told him that’s want I wanted on the account. Recently, I went to the store, and I explain the situation to him, and at first he was okay with helping me, then he comes back and tries to act like the additional fee was going to be on my account the whole time, and that I should of known and he could not do anything and I ask him if I could add the insurance on the next bill. He stated no and that he’ll give me a nice deal by adding it on at the moment and I tell him that’ll make the bill higher and he was like well I’m giving you a deal that nobody else will give you, “take it or leave it” and explained how he gets paid for insurance so he know I never asked for it, but I have notes that he wrote showing us what our bill would be and he denies it. Then, he becomes really rude. I called the customer rep Line and spoke with a woman named Aliyah l, and she was very helpful. I was able to get credit back on my line, she said I had an extra 30 days to add the insurance and how it’s offered to every customer, but Cory Scott explained to me as if I better get it now, and how he’s giving me deal and how I better take it or the deal is off. Then, he tried belittling me, and had not one care in the world. I’ve had a problem with him in the past, Cory Scott when he tried pre-ordering my iPhone 7 Plus and ended up adding a whole new line to my account when it was just myself on the plan at the time. So, I suggest talking to anybody in the store, but him because he makes too many mistakes and acts confused when he’s confronted about the mistakes. As a loyal Sprint customer, who pays on time every month for as long as I’ve had them, it puts me in a situation of finding a new service. I do not have the same trust I’ve had with them, and I do not have extra money to drive across town, which is located about 25-30 minuets away from me.

    I Started using Sprint a couple of years ago. I have been in this store more than once, for upgrades relating to my Cellphone service. Have always had great customer service from them. Always courteous and knowledgeable.
