  Save your time, $ and frustration. Ordered an item online- Almost impossible to pickup! The kiosk at the pick up area- stated I had to pay at register. Walked to register. Had to wait a good 15 minutes, only 1 register for 7 people. Finally, it was my turn. Cashier didn't know what she was doing. Couldnt even find my order. Told me to stand on the side. Manager came. We walked back to the pick up area. She was able to locate my item. Checked me out. Then states I would have to go back in line to get the security tag removed. Had to stand in line for another 15v minutes to get the security tag removed and my item in a bag. Last time, I'll spend my time at sears!
