  Traveling for work, I’ve participated in yoga classes in multiple countries on multiple continents, and great places in the states like NYC, Fort Lauderdale, and San Francisco. The instructors at Satya Life are awesome with Frankie Hart being the most effective yoga instructor I’ve ever had. I’m an engineer – very much logic left brain. Frankie’s ability to explain and teach mixing the engineering aspects of the poses with the creative right brain is stunning. I leave classes feeling better, more aligned and touched spiritually (right brain) with a clear understanding of the physical aspects (left brain). We are blessed to have such a valuable resource available to us in Lakeland. Satya Life offers a holistic yoga experience, integrating body, mind and spirit.
