Unfortunately, it didn't download correctly and completely crashed my computer. I wasn't even sure I could get my data back. I brought it on a Saturday afternoon expecting to get it back on Monday, but instead got it back in the same afternoon with my data intact-a bonus. Chris has great customer service! I recommend Reliant.
