  I was thinking about replacing some furniture pieces in my living room. I wanted chairs rather than a couch. I'd been to several stores, saying I'm only looking today trying to get ideas, of all the stores I went into Kane's was the best. the others had chairs all over the store and the sales people said just walk around and look. At Kane's Lakeland the salesmen,Justin Hallett, was fantastic .He knew I was trying to look around and explore my options. He walked with me any way. He showed me a few chairs around the store but led me to a chair section. What a delight. He told me about specials, the seat height of those I was interested in options of fabric choices, he even checked stock on a few pieces. I thanked him and left the store with wonderful ideas. I returned to the store about an hour later to take pictures of what I'd liked. Justin was there to greet me, he told me he would be off the next 2 days. Once I made my decision I waited the 2 days and returned to Kane's and ordered my choices of three chairs and an ottoman. Justin is warm, friendly, honest and very professional. If and when I want more furniture I would hope Justin would be available to assist me.
