  I'm not one to complain but I suggest to everyone to not rent anything from here. Rented a tux for a wedding and wasn't able to try it and pick it up until 3 days before the wedding. Once I tried it on, the pants were too long and jacket sleeves were too short. I understand measurements can get messed up but to not have altered it until the day before really puts some stress on especially since it was an out of town wedding. I'm not the only one that Jos A Bank messed up in our party. They had to overnight pants to another groomsman who had issues.
