  I will start by first saying that the lumber prices here are good but the costumer service is awful. It took me three day of calling 3-4 times a day to get a final price quote. I was told multiple times that the quote was faxed but I never recieved it. When I would call back they told me they didn't have my fax number even though I was told eariler in the day that they faxed it and I gave them the number multiple times. I needed the order in a certain time frame so all this back and forth was very detrimental. When I was finally given a quote I was told it could be delivered on one day but when it had not been recieved by the end of that day I called and was told it couldnt be delivered until two days later. I understand that things come up but a phone call would have been nice. If you need good prices and are not worried about time frame, then go with White Cap. Otherwise, steer clear.
