  This store will promise you delivery of furniture (after you pre-pay) and then you will get delivery of excuses, not furniture. They tell us (16 weeks after pre-payment) that our furniture is in port (but they don't know what port) and continue to deliver excuses. Can we give then a negative 5 stars? They deserve worse! Never again Haverty!

  Couldn't be more disappointed with this store and customer service. We purchased a dining room set and a very nice sofa. Two of the chairs to the dining room set have broken on separate occasions. Once, I was sitting in it and fell to the floor. Another time, I had a guest over and they fell. Both chairs have been exchanged for the same chair however, I was told there are no more chairs in stock and would not be able to get another chair. The quality of the chair is obviously the problem and can't believe that they will not stand behind their product. I could have gone elsewhere and obtained better Customer Service. Last time I will ever buy anything from them.
