  Purchased ring from Gordon's on line ring received, a diamond fell out first day was worn, had repaired, ring worn one day and another diamond fell out. Will be returning the ring Monday hoping Gordon's will accommodate accordingly. Update: I returned the Ring the store reordered a new Ring was received no problems thus far.

  Everything at this jewelry store went great as far as picking out a ring. Paying for it was another matter entirely. Their sales associates either had no idea what they were doing or were lying as they explained the payment methods I had been approved for. What I ended up signing and what they at Gordon's told me I was signing were two different things entirely. I intended to pay the ring off over a 90 day interest free period, which is what was explained to me in store, and which a friend who was with me bore witness to. I was fortunate to have caught the lie quick enough and to have been able to take care of the payment before a 29% interest rate from day 1 was able to do too much damage to my debt and credit. When speaking to them on the phone about correcting this matter, I was completely blown off, with absolutely no concern to set things right by the retailer. I recommend staying away from this store unless you want to risk being cheated in to high interest debt just so they can make a sale.
