  My experience here was awful. Lorenzo was terribly rude! Didn't address concerns or that the toy my son picked out was 4 times the price listed. Just because you're black doesn't give you the right to mistreat customers.

  Walked in one minute after 6:00 p.m on this day February 18th 2018 big black guy behind the counter was very rude to me yelled at me that his store was closed and had his back turned towards me the whole time would not even look at me when I was Asking him a question extremely rude and disrespectful individual Does not need a job in customer service I will never come back to this game stop.
