  I have heard wonderful things about Floor and Décor. I wanted to purchase tile that looks like wood for my entire first floor of my house. The tile selection was pretty decent. One of the male employees had asked me earlier in my search if I needed some help, but I wanted time to look at the selection, so I told him not at this time. When I found the tile I wanted, it was on clearance, so I found the guy that had asked me if I needed some help earlier and asked him if the clearance price was the best he could do. He said he had to ask someone and walked off, he came back and stated that if I was going to purchase 500-600 sq ft the best they could do was 10 cents off a sq ft of the clearance price (I have over 900 sq ft on my first floor). I told him that price was out of my budget. The guy proceeded to tell me that it was $4.00 tile what did I expect and if I didn't buy it, someone else that had the money would and walked off. That was so rude and unprofessional on his part. He was very cocky and arrogant. I didn't get his name, but he was heavy set with a buzz cut haircut. I'm not sure that this is the job for him if this is the attitude and behavior he uses on the customers at this store. I guess I will be taking my business where I at least feel like they want to help me and act like they care.

  Every shopping interaction I have had with the Lakeland store has been great. The people go out of their way to understand your needs and budget and help come up with a decorating plan. My business goes here!!!!

  I have done many laminate floors. I have heard many people talking about Floor and Decor. I decided to go and see what they had. They were a two-hour round trip from my house. I paid extra for a premium pad. When I got home and opened the package it was the worst quality I've seen to a point that it was unusable. I had bought a threshold to go with my laminate. The laminate was so thick that the threshold couldn't reach the retainer and did not work. They had a huge selection but some of the worst quality products that I have ever used. I definitely will not waste my time going there again.
