  I'm the owner of Plant City Sheds. I honestly don't feel I was given the respect a paying customer deserves. I was put on the schedule for install three times! No call no show! After the Third time I asked to speak to a manger. I was told by the secretary one would call me. Well that never happened either! The following Morning two technician were waiting at my office for the install, good thing I was actually there to move sheds around so they could work. So fast forward sign is up I get my final bill find out they charged me $150.00 for a permit search meaning I'm outside the city limits so no permit is required. When I asked to speak to the accounting department secretary told me they will call me back. Its been a week! Don't think I am going to get that call. Very Poor Customer Service

  Tried for over a month to get a quote. Was told it would take 3-4 days. Called weekly and finally gave up a month later. Was told i would get a call back multiple times and NEVER got a call. Not once. No one seemed to have a clue what was going one. Amazing they are able to survive with this type of organization.
