  The website told me that I could pick up a open box item the same day so I went to the store to do so. When I got to the store they could not find the open box item and refuse to do anything to accommodate or help me. It upsets me every time I have to go to Best Buy because you get people with a lot of knowledge on their products but you don't get people that really want to help or make the customer happy. I'm not asking for free stuff for discounts just asking for you to fulfill what you promised.
